On this page is a list of the things that I have found work for me and hopefully they will work for you too!


  • When my stomach has been really upset and I need a safe meal, this meal is my go to meal.  I usually eat it for breakfast.  It's satisfying, easy (especially if you have pre-made rice on hand) and SAFE!
    • cup of rice--- brown or white doesn't make a difference to me, but it may for you.  So start off with white, then try brown
    • 1/3 cup of frozen spinach microwaved
    • 1 egg easy over
    • EVOO, salt, and pepper
  • Garlic can be a stomach/digestive system aggravator for many people.  I have cut it out of my diet completely and I feel a TON better.  This really, really stinks because I am of Italian/Argentine descent (first generation American) and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE garlic.  To add a little bit of the garlic flavor into my food without the repercussions, I use garlic infused oil in my cooking.  Here is my favorite brand, but you can find others on the market too.
